We launched The North East Business Women of the Year Awards last week on behalf of WIN (Women Inspiring North-East) and (Chair of WIN) Nickie Gott OBE.
The first ever online launch event took place on Thursday 10th August where Nickie talked us through some key information about the awards, the nomination process and some helpful tips on filling in your application.
She also spoke to previous winners, Linda Kirk from Just for Women Centre (who won Role Model of the Year 2022) and Kris Blackburn (Running Fox Cafe Ltd) who won the overall award, North East Business Woman of the Year. Both Linda and Kris are sponsoring an award at this year's event.
